For the last 28 years Ann has been accepting private commissions for dog, horse and pet portraits from her home studio in the town of Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, England. Every portrait is a treasured memento of a beloved animal and make outstanding gifts, which are much appreciated as the "endorsements" page demonstrates.
Since 1979 Ann has completed literally thousands of commissioned portraits, immortalising the subjects for eternity. Whether the portraits have been commissioned as a Wedding, Birthday, Christmas or simply as a present for the subject owner themselves, Ann has treated every commission with the utmost professionalism and every secret and surprise has been kept.
Each and every commission has always been treasured by its recipient, and many houses contain a 'rogues' gallery with every portrait hanging having been portrayed by Ann. Additionally there are houses where every room is decorated with Ann's wildlife art originals and prints, and where the owners have made a hobby of collecting a series.

Ann has been painting portraits for both me and my friends over the past thirty years. She captures perfectly the spirit and character of her subjects. The life-like appearance is quite simply outstanding, as shown in the latest commission of my three terriers completed Christmas 2007.
Having seen many artists' work over the years I can honestly say that in my opinion Ann's portraiture is the best on the market and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who wants a really superior portrait of their horse or dog.

One of the most heart rending things about owning ponies and horses is when the the time comes to part company with them. Every one of my daughter's mounts has become an important part of our family set-up but as she has grown up we have acquired four very different “characters” each of which we have grown to know and love. The amazing thing is that everyone who has known our horses and ponies, former owners, subsequent owners, even other riders, has commented to a man how Ann has captured the very essence of the creature that they know so well. I wanted to say a big thank you for the painting that you have just completed for Dane and I of our Weimaraner 'Finn'. It is absolutely fantastic and we are both delighted with how it has turned out.
